Tumbling 1

Level 1 Athletes will work on progressions from forward & backward rolls, to handstands, cartwheels, round offs as well as front and back walkovers. 

Ages: 8+

Tumbling 2

Level 2 Athletes must demonstrate a mastery of Level 1 skills. Athletes will continue to practice basics, while working towards higher level skills including back and front handsprings, back and front tucks, and aerials.
